Villegas is one of few players oblivious to the conditions in the 3rd round posting 4 under. He seems to have gotten better as the tournament progresses each round. Matchups could come down to penalties and Villegas hasn't been penalized the last 2 rounds. Vijay might be saving his best for last as his final round scoring average is 3rd on tour(67.33) Not good for the rest of the field. I think it's Vijay's for the taking.

It is a hard decision for the outright. S. Garcia has played his best golf this year. He's been steady all 3 days so far. Just birdeying here and there, and no bogeys. I like his chances too.
